Whether you’re looking for a spacious family home or a more compact option, we have something for everyone. Our offerings include duplexes, attached garage duplexes, and front-attached garage models, each with a range of floor plans to choose from. We have options to build or we offer quick possession homes in all of these styles.

Attached garage duplexes: All of our duplexes are currently available for quick possession, but availability may be limited, so act fast if you’re interested!

Single family homes with joined garages: These duplexes feature garages that are attached to each other, but the living spaces remain separate and you get a bigger garage. We currently have three models available: the Abbott, Denali 4, and Pierce 2.

Front-Attached Garage Models: For those interested in traditional homes, we offer a wide variety of floorplans, from bungalows to classic two-story homes. These models range from 1,800 to over 2,800 sq. ft., with most featuring around 4 bedrooms, and options to add more if needed.
