How to Buy a Brand New Home in NE Calgary
We typically offer 2 different pathways to homeownership in Calgary.
The quickest way with new construction is to purchase a home that is already built and is move-in ready. Unfinished projects can also be purchased and will typically be completed in the coming months. This type of home is often referred to as a new construction home or a quick possession home.
Your other option is to select an available lot and plan from the ground up. This process, known as pre-construction or design-build programs are ideal for those who want their new house tailored uniquely for them.
