Are there walkout lots available nearby?

Yes, in nearby Ambleton. Ambleton is in its last phase, and there are still walkout lots available backing onto greenspace with west-facing yards in Phase 7. These walkout opportunities can accommodate homes in the 2,200 to 2,700 sq. ft. range. For buyers who want a premium lot, more natural light, or added basement potential, this is an option worth asking about.

What is already built in the area?

Five parks are already completed in Ambleton, and construction on the future high school is almost complete. This is great for buyers who want the feel of a newer area but also want to see visible progress and established amenities nearby.

When will the ridge lots be available?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions right now! Currently, Qualico is expected to release a couple more phases, followed by the phase last will include the ridge lots. More information is expected around late 2027 or early 2028, so be sure to subscribe to the Ambleridge mailing list to be the first in the know when the time comes.
