Once upon a time, there was a new community called Chelsea that won the prestigious Best New Community award in 2020. It was situated just a short drive away from the bustling city, an even shorter distance to the lake, and within walking distance to all the amenities you could ever need. The community’s heart will be the neighborhood node, bringing people together for shopping, recreation, and education, and fostering a sense of togetherness.

In Chelsea, residents could easily and quickly enjoy all their favourite activities. Life was better when they lived in the middle of everywhere. The community of Chestermere had grown and evolved from a summer village into a full-fledged city, but it never lost touch with its laidback, leisure-loving roots.
