Our next stop was Sora/Hotchkiss, where we met Travis, who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about each home. Walking us through the Ashton and Damon models, he highlighted the standard appliances and the option to add a beautiful accent wall as an upgrade. And when he mentioned his personal favorite, the Denali 6, we knew we were in for a treat. Travis’s pride in his work was contagious, and he went on to show us the Pierce model—the largest one available.

Being able to compare models, discuss our style preferences, and learn about upgrades directly from someone so invested in the homes really helped us make informed decisions. Travis also explained how upgrades, like the accent wall, could add a touch of personality to the home, making it uniquely ours.

We could truly envision our daily lives in these spaces, and it made all the paperwork, choices, and budgeting feel worthwhile. Seeing the houses in person reinforced the bigger picture of what we’re working toward: a place to call home.
